Orchard Software Corporation collects information from you at several different points on this website, and is the sole owner of the information collected on www.orchardsoft.com. This information is not shared with any other entity.
The majority of www.orchardsoft.com is available to all web users. However, in order to use the customer-only section of this website, you must meet the requirements and complete a registration form before you will be granted an account. Accounts are generally limited to Orchard Software Corporation employees and customers who maintain a current support contract with Orchard Software Corporation. However, Orchard Software Corporation reserves the right to grant accounts to others (e.g., prospective customers, channel partners, etc.) as it deems appropriate. All accounts are subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for the website.
During initial registration for the customer-only section of this website, you must enter an account number and the zip code for your facility. After the initial sign in, you may create a unique user name and password to use for subsequent sign ins. These user names and passwords are stored in a secure database and are only used to control access to the customer-only section of the website and to provide a more personalized experience (e.g., welcome messages).
Each time you sign in to the customer-only section of this website, it creates a temporary file, called a session cookie. This file enables us to verify that you are signed in and that you should have access to customer-only material. This cookie also stores your software version number during your session in order to display any available product downloads in the Download Center. When you close your browser, session cookies automatically expire, and they are removed from your machine.
